Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling with two hours' notice. You understand that there are dogs with permanent temperaments that make it unsafe for me to provide my services or dogs who unexpectedly develop behavior problems by the time I arrive at your location. In such a rare case, I reserve the right to refuse service provision at discretion and charge a nonrefundable $30 fee. The same fee applies when I arrive at your place and cannot access your dog.
